Data tracking

Apitools gives you a consistent place to log the entries you decide to track. Each row can hold the fields you rely on most — dates, amounts, short titles, and free-text context — so your local information stays in one readable trail instead of scattered notes.

Tracking here means recording and revisiting information. It does not mean moving money, connecting wallets, or initiating transfers.

Manual annotation

The product’s core is Offline Wallet Tracker for Manual Transaction Annotation. You can attach margin notes, tags, and clarifying remarks to individual records. Those annotations are yours: they describe how you want to remember an entry when you open the table again later.

Annotations are editorial by design — short, purposeful labels that support understanding, not automated trading signals.

Record organization

Sort and group entries using the categories you define. Keep active notes separate from archived ones. Use consistent naming so related rows sit together when you filter the table. Organization features exist to reduce friction in personal record-keeping, not to present a financial dashboard.

Analytical review

Review panes help you scan history, compare periods, and notice patterns in the information you already stored. Summaries can outline category totals and frequency sketches based solely on your local entries.

These views are informational. They do not forecast markets, recommend investments, or evaluate portfolio performance in a professional-advisory sense.

Historical records

Walk back through prior annotations in chronological order. Open an older row to see the notes you left at the time. Historical access is meant for continuity — understanding what you recorded and why — rather than for reconstructing a brokerage ledger.

Local information management

Apitools is positioned as local-first analytical software. The workspace is built around information available on the device you use for the work. We describe respectful local handling without absolute guarantees such as “impossible to hack” or “completely anonymous.”

Data summaries

Generate lightweight outlines that restated your own inputs: counts by tag, simple totals by category, and date-range snapshots. Summaries help you close a review session with a clear picture of what the table contains.

What these features deliberately omit

Apitools does not include custody of assets, private-key access, transaction execution, payment checkout, trading tools, or investment advice. If a feature sounds like financial intermediation, it is outside the product’s scope.
